• Item Not Received: You must provide valid proof (e.g. tracking records or delivery documentation) showing that your order was not delivered.
• Item Damaged: You must submit clear photo or video evidence of the damaged product within 7 days of receiving it.

If your refund request meets the above criteria, we’ll make it right.
